
Creamy Deli Fresh Roast Garlic Chicken & Chive Fettuccine

400g Delmaine Egg Fettuccine
25g butter
5-6 spring onions, trimmed & chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
250g creme fraiche
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 packs 280g Tegel Deli-Fresh Roast Garlic Breast Fillets
2 tbsp chopped chives
Parmesan cheese to garnish
25g butter

Method
Cook the fettucine in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes or until al dente (firm to bite). Check the exact cooking times on the packet.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and panfry the spring onions and garlic until softened, but not brown.
Stir in the crème fraiche, chicken stock, wholegrain mustard, roast garlic chicken and the chives and heat through.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss to mix.Season with salt & pepper if desired.
Serve immediately, garnished with grated parmesan cheese.
