
Texan Barbecue Steaks with Warm Baby Potato Salad

800g baby potatoes
1/2 cup lite sour cream
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1/4 cup chopped gherkins
2 tbsp capers, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Extra 2 spring onions, finely sliced, to garnish
1 pack Tegel Ready to Grill Texan Barbecue Steaks

Method
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain well, halve and remove to cool a little.
Place sour cream, capers, spring onions and chopped gherkins in a small bowl and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over warm potatoes and mix to coat in dressing. Serve warm scattered with sliced spring onion.
Heat a barbecue or grill and cook chciken steaks over a medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
Serve with warm baby potato salad on the side.
