
Sweet Chilli Smoked Chicken Noodle Bowl

Serves:Ingredients
250g egg noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil, such as sunflower or peanut oil
2 carrots, finely sliced in strips
1 red pepper, finely sliced with seeds removed
5 spring onions, sliced lengthways
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 Tegel Manuka Smoked Sweet Chilli Breast, 300g, sliced
Fresh coriander, to garnish
Extra soy sauce, to serve

Method
Cook egg noodles in plenty of boiling, salted water for 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender to bite then drain well.
Heat a wok or large frying pan. Add oil and vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes to brown. Add noodles, smoked breast meat and soy sauce to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes to heat through.
Serve in noodle bowls garnished with coriander, if desired and with extra soy sauce on the side.
