
Sweet Chilli Chicken Sausages

1 tbsp oil
8 Tegel Pre-Cooked Chicken Sausages, sliced diagonally
1 onion, cut into wedges
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tsp cornflour

Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken sausage slices and cook over medium heat until they are golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside. Add the onion to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until it is golden. Add the sausages back to the pan along with the sweet chilli sauce, vinegar and chicken stock combined with the cornflour. Simmer uncovered for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve with mashed potato and green vegetables.
