
Sweet Chilli Smoked Chicken Antipasto Platter

1 bunch asparagus
1 Tegel Manuka Smoked Sweet Chilli Breast, 300g, sliced
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup mixed marinated olives
Crostini or wedges of pita bread cut into wedges
1 200g jar aioli
Lime wedges to serve

Method
Bring a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil. Add the asparagus, bring back to the boil and blanch for 2 minutes.
Drain, then place in cold water to cool.
Place the drained asparagus on a platter with the sliced chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, olives and crostini or pita bread. Spoon the aioli into a serving bowl and place on the platter. Garnish with the lime wedges and serve immediately.
