
Deli Fresh Roasted Nibbles Platter with Assorted Dips & Garlic Bread

Raita Dip with Chilli:
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1/2 Lebanese cucumber, grated
2 tbsp chopped mint
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 large red chilli, finely chopped (optional)
Tomato Salsa:
2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp tomato relish or chutney
1 pack 280g Tegel Deli-Fresh Sweet Chilli or, Lime & Coriander Tenderloins
1 pack 500g Tegel Deli-Fresh Roasted Chicken Nibbles with BBQ Dipping Sauce
Garlic bread

Method
To prepare the Raita, combine all ingredients and place in a small bowl.
To prepare the Tomato Salsa, combine all ingredients and place in a small bowl.
Thread the Tenderloins onto bamboo skewers and place on a platter with the Chicken Nibbles and BBQ dipping sauce, the Raita, the Tomato Salsa and hot garlic bread.
