
Deli Fresh BBQ Chicken Nibbles with Spicy Noodles

1 500g pack Tegel Deli-Fresh Chicken Nibbles with BBQ dipping sauce
2 tbsp mild curry paste
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
250g dried egg noodles
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely sliced
1 large carrot, cut into thin sticks
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp mild curry paste
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sugar
250g dried egg noodles
1 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely sliced
1 large carrot, cut into thin sticks
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1 cup bean sprouts
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Combine the curry paste, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, water and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
Place the chicken nibbles into an oven dish and heat in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Cook the noodles following the directions on the packet.
Whilst the noodles are cooking, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Add the onion and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the carrot and broccoli and stir fry for a further 2 to 3 minutes. Add the curry paste mixture and bring to the boil. Add the drained noodles and the bean sprouts. Stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Serve immediately with the chicken nibbles and BBQ sauce.
