Turkey Thyme & Red Pepper Rissoles
These are fantastic as a burger pattie filling!

Serves:Ingredients
400g Tegel Premium Turkey Mince
2 T fresh thyme
½ small onion, chopped fine
½ red pepper, chopped fine
½ tsp salt + ¼ tsp black pepper
1 egg
1 heaped T flour or breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Oil for frying

Method
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and leave to sit for 15 minutes to let the flavours “marry”. Wet your hands then shape into patties. Add a dash of oil to heated fry pan and fry until cooked through.
Serve on buns with fresh sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.
