
Sweet Chilli Stirfry

Serves:Ingredients
3 Tegel Lean & Lite Skinless Thigh Fillets
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
Dash oil
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce

Method
Finely slice the thigh fillets and place in a bowl with the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, fish sauce, garlic and ginger and allow to stand 10 minutes.
Heat a dash of oil in a wok or grying pan and cook the chicken with your favourite stiry fry vegetables.
