
Pan Fried Chicken Schnitzel with Lemon, Oregano & Garlic

Serves:Ingredients
6-8 slices of Tegel Lean & Lite Premium Schnitzel
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp dried oregano

Method
Combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, oregano and garlic. Spoon over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Cook schnitzel over a preheated barbeque or in a frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
