Nici hits New Orleans - home of jazz, Cajun cuisine and good old fashioned Southern hospitality. After chancing on a seafood festival Nici heads into the swamps for a boat tour and some spicy alligator meat. In town, Nici helps prepare a backyard cook up with legendary jazz drummer Shannon Powell - complete with a live soundtrack. At home Nici recreates Cajun Blackened chicken with beans & cornbread, finished with a sweet pecan pie.
