Quick Pita Pizzas with Chicken Bacon

Ingredients
8 small pita breads
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3/4 cup grated cheese
6 slices Tegel Chicken Bacon, cut into pieces
Chopped parsley to garnish
Method

Spread one side of the pita bread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with a little oregano and top with the grated cheese and chicken bacon.

Place under a preheated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
