Stir-fried Chicken with Sweet & Sour Capsicum

Ingredients
1 pack Tegel Breast Tenderloins, Frozen
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger, shredded
2 capsicums, sliced
1/2 cup Wattie's Bit on the Side Sweet & Sour Sauce
Spring onions, diagonally sliced
Fresh coriander
Noodles
Method

Heat a wok and add the oil.

Stir fry the garlic, ginger and chicken for 5 minutes. Toss in the capsicum and stir fry a further minute.

Add the sweet & sour sauce and heat through.

Serve over boiled noodles and scatter with spring onions or fresh coriander.
