
BBQ Kebabs with Herby Rice & Satay Sauce

Serves:Ingredients
500g Tegel Lean & Lite Skinless Thigh Fillets, cut into 1cm strips
8 long bamboo skewers
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup jasmine rice
1/4 cup chopped herbs (parsley, coriander, mint, dill)
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Satay sauce, heated, to serve

Method
Thread chicken onto skewers and brush with hoisin sauce. Grill for 5 minutes, turning once.
Cook rice to packet instructions, drain and stir through the chopped herbs and sweet chilli sauce. Top rice with kebabs and satay sauce.
