Peking Style Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
8 slices Tegel 98% Fat Free Honey Roast Chicken Breast
8cm piece cucumber, seeded & julienned
2 spring onions, shredded
4 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 large Turkish flat breads
Method
Cut each flat bread into four square pieces. Spread a little Hoisin sauce over the bread square. Lay a little of each filling in the upper centre, fold in the bottom then roll to enclose.
 
Wrap each roll in greaseproof paper so the bread doesn't dry out.
