
Chicken Bolognaise

Serves:Ingredients
2 tsp oil
450g Tegel Lean & Lite Premium Mince
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil or,
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese, to sprinkle

Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the chicken mince and garlic and cook for 4-5 minutes over medium to high heat, until golden brown. Mash with a fork to break up the chicken mince as it cooks. Add remaining ingredients, except parmesan cheese, and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened.
Serve immediately on pasta of your choice and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
