Chargrill Chicken Pizza

Serves:Ingredients
2 large preprepared pizza bases
200gm pottle sundried tomato hummus
1 cup of your favourite tomato pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 courgette, trimmed and peeled
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper sliced
2-4 Tegel Chargrill Chicken Breast Steaks, finely sliced
To garnish (optional):
1-2 tbsp chopped basil or parsley
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Olives, to scatter
200gm pottle sundried tomato hummus
1 cup of your favourite tomato pizza sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 courgette, trimmed and peeled
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper sliced
2-4 Tegel Chargrill Chicken Breast Steaks, finely sliced
To garnish (optional):
1-2 tbsp chopped basil or parsley
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Olives, to scatter
Method
Spread the pizza evenly with hummus and tomato pizza sauce.
Scatter courgettes, mushrooms, pepper and cheese over the pizza. Arrange the sliced Tegel Chargrill Chicken Breast Steaks on top.
Bake at 240˚C at the top of the oven for 15-17 minutes, until the pizzas are hot and golden.
Serve garnished with the herbs, cherry tomatoes, avocado and olives if you wish.
