Stir-Fried Ginger Chicken with Sugar Snaps

 

Ingredients

1 tsp oil
500g Tegel Lean & Lite Premium Schnitzel, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
150g sugar snaps
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup Chinese cooking wine or sherry
1 tsp sesame oil
 

Method

Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat. Stir fry the chicken in 2 batches until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the garlic, ginger and sugar snaps to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken back to the pan along with the oyster sauce, cooking wine or sherry and sesame oil and stir fry for 2 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Serve with rice or noodles.
