Your use of this website ("Site") is subject to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and when you use, browse, view or access this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies that we refer to in these Terms. Tegel prohibits any use of any Tegel logo or trade mark as a 'hot' link to any non-tegel.co.nz site (unless you have obtained Tegel’s prior written approval for that link).

4. Information about Tegel products
Tegel will use its best efforts to keep information displayed on the Site about Tegel products up to date. However, from time to time there may be delays in updating the information that is displayed on the Site about Tegel products. This means that Tegel does not make any warranties as to the accuracy of the Tegel product information (including the availability of any product and specific product details) displayed on the Site.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude Tegel’s obligations that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 to any “consumer’ (as that term is defined under those Acts).
