2 large pre-made pizza bases
200gm pottle sundried tomato hummus
1 cup of your favourite tomato pizza sauce
1 courgette, trimmed and peeled
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 red pepper deseeded and sliced
1 cup grated mozzarella
2-4 Chargrill Steaks , thawed and finely sliced
To garnish (optional):
1-2 Tbsp chopped basil or parsley
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
Olives, to scatter
1. Preheat oven to 240˚C. Spread the pizza bases evenly with hummus and tomato pizza sauce.
2. Scatter courgettes, mushrooms, pepper and mozzarella over the pizza. Arrange the sliced Chargrill Steaks on top.
3. Bake at the top of the oven for 15-17 minutes, until the pizzas are hot and golden.
4. Serve garnished with the herbs, cherry tomatoes, avocado and olives if you wish.
