Ingredients:

Tegel Gluten Free Classic Burgers

Tegel Gluten Free Chicken burger patties

Gluten free buns

Sliced red cabbage

Grated carrot

Sliced cucumber & radish

Cos leaves or summer greens

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons smoky BBQ sauce 

Sliced spring onion

Method:

Cook the chicken patties on the BBQ or oven bake until golden and cooked through.

Prepare the colourful vegetables and swirl the BBQ sauce into the mayonnaise.

Layer up the burger buns with the hot patties and fresh salad and finish with a dollop of creamy BBQ mayo.

Serves hungry kids!
