Maple Winger Pull Apart Sliders

  • 8 Tegel Take Outs Smokey Maple Wingers
  • 8 slider buns
  • 3 - 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 8 toothpicks
  • 8 crinkle cut gherkins


1. Cook the Smokey Maple Wingers as per packet instructions.

2. Do not separate the individual slider buns. Use a bread knife to carefully slice through the buns horizontally, making sure not to pull them apart.

3. Place the bottom buns on a lined baking tray and top with an even layer of cheese slices. Place a cooked maple winger on top of each slider and drizzle over half the maple sauce pouch. Place the top buns on top.

4. Melt the butter, garlic & parsley together. Brush over the top of the sliders and place in the oven at 200C for 8 – 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.

5. Serve sliders on a tray and top each with a gherkin toothpick. Pull apart to serve.
