- 8 small pita breads
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 6 Tegel Manuka Smoked Chicken Rashers cut into pieces
- Chopped parsley to garnish
1. Spread one side of the pita bread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with a little oregano and top with the grated cheese and Tegel Manuka Smoked Chicken Rashers .
2. Place under a pre-heated grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
