2 x 22cm pizza bases
3/4 cup hummus
16 - 20 fresh basil leaves
2 spring onions, sliced
1 Meal Maker Sliced Roast Chicken 300g, sliced
12 black or green olives
150g feta cheese, crumbed
1 cup fruit chutney
1. Preheat oven to 220˚C. Brush pizza bases lightly with olive oil. Spread the pizza bases evenly with hummus and sprinkle over the basil leaves and spring onions.
2. Slice Meal Maker Sliced Roast Chicken 300g and arrange on top of the pizza base with the olives.Crumble over the feta.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.Place small spoonfuls of fruit chutney evenly over the pizzas and serve immediately with a tossed green salad.
