Terms & Conditions for Tegel Flight of Fancy Promotion:

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. By entering this promotion you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.
3. You may enter as many times as you like but each entry must use a valid unique code found on promotionally marked Tegel packs of the fresh chicken Gourmet Range these include Crumbed Chicken Breasts with Basil Pesto, Crumbed Chicken Kiev with Garlic Butter, Crumbed Chicken Breasts with Sundried Tomato & Feta, Crumbed Chicken Breasts with Honey Mustard, Chicken Cordon Bleu with Cheese & Ham and Skinless Chicken Thigh Mignon with Basil Pesto. Each unique code must only be used once. Entries using invalid, incomplete, duplicated or partial codes submitted in error or obtained by or through fraud or other illegal activity, or codes not complying with these terms and conditions, are disqualified and blocked.
4. The Prize is an Air New Zealand Great Mystery Break (RRP) $ 449.00 each. There are 10 to be won.
5. Employees of Tegel Foods Ltd, its associated companies, suppliers, agencies and participating outlets and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
6. Tegel reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breach of the terms and conditions of this promotion.
7. Tegel Foods Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate transcript of entry codes, or any other human error, technical computer malfunctions, delayed entry through internet malfunction, omission or any other error or malfunction relative to the entering of codes for prize entry submission.
8. The promotion opens 28th May 2012 and runs until August 26th 2012, closing at 11.59pm.
9. The winners will be announced on August 31st 2012. The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. If Tegel cannot make contact with a selected entrant within 72 hours for any reason, Tegel reserves the right to re-select and re-allocate the prize.
11. Winners address details will be confirmed and their prize sent to them within ten working days from their address confirmation.
12. No portion of the prize or prizes is redeemable for cash. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
13. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without any intention to limit a consumer's rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or Consumer Guarantee Act 1993, Tegel makes no warranties or representation, either express or implied, and expressly excludes all liabilities and warranties, including (without limitation) in respect or type, quality, standard, fitness or suitability for purpose of all prizes provided by Tegel.
14. All entries become the property of Tegel Foods Ltd.
15. By entering, prize winners agree to the use of their name and photograph for publicity purposes if required.
