Ingredients:

Tegel Take Outs Nashville Style Tenders 500g
  • 2 large pre-made pizza bases
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced capsicum
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 1 pack Tegel Take Outs Nashville Tenders
  • ¼ cup peri peri sauce

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C fan-bake.
  2. Bake the Louisiana Tenders as per packet instructions in the oven or air fryer. When cooked and ready, chop them up into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the two pizza bases. Between the two pizza bases, evenly sprinkle over half of the mozzarella, followed by the capsicum, jalapeños and tenders. Sprinkle over the remaining mozzarella and place in the oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  4. Swirl over the peri peri sauce and serve immediately!
