About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Farm Manager to join our breeder operations team at our farm in Auckland. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the breeder flocks — maintaining optimal living conditions, upholding strict animal welfare standards, and driving productivity outcomes across the board.
Reporting to the Regional Breeder Manager, you'll take charge of planning, monitoring, and reporting on production performance while leading a team that shares your passion for excellence in animal husbandry. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity that combines technical expertise with operational oversight.

- Familiarity with modern poultry equipment and automated control systems

- A strong focus on health & safety and biosecurity compliance
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and alarm response
- Practical know-how and physical capability for hands-on work
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance knowledge of farm machinery
