Engineer - Project Management Focus

We're looking for a driven Engineer with project management expertise to deliver multi-million-dollar CAPEX initiatives and continuous improvement projects across our regional sites. What you'll do
- Own projects from concept through to commissioning and handover
- Manage the safe execution of CAPEX projects to industry-leading standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and external contractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope
- Develop execution plans, RFPs, budgets, cash flows, and schedules
- Negotiate and manage contractor performance and pricing
- Design and deliver mechanical improvements and plant modifications
- Embed consistent project management frameworks and transparent stakeholder communication
What you'll bring
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or similar)
- 3-5 years' experience supporting and/or leading development projects
- Strong project leadership skills and a proven record of delivery
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Competence in CAD and 3D modelling
- Experience in mechanical design, development, and costings
- Familiarity with construction methods and building codes
