Easy Chicken Lasagne

Tegel Fresh Chicken Skinless Breast
  • 1kg skinless chicken breast, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, diced
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
  • 2 jars tomato lasagne bake sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 250g sour cream
  • 1 packet fresh lasagne sheets
  • 1 cup cheese, grated
  • Mixed herbs


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180oc degrees.
  2. Heat a large pan with oil, cook the onions until soft. Add the chicken, cooking until almost cooked through.
  3. Add in the crushed garlic, lasagne sauce and season to taste.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside.
  5. In a bowl, combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  6. In a large dish assemble the lasagne, add a fresh layer of pasta sheets, followed by the chicken mixture and a third of the sour cream cheese mix. Repeat the process once more until the dish is almost full. Spread the remaining sour cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and mixed herbs.
  8. Place into the oven and baked for 45 minutes.
