15 Minute Chicken Fried Rice

Tegel Meal Maker Shredded Roast Chicken 300g
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced 
  • 260g Tegel Sliced Roast Chicken
  • 150g cooked prawns
  • 100g snow peas, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • 3 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 bags microwave jasmine rice (or 3 cups cooked rice)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • Sriracha to serve


  1. Add a splash of oil to a wok or large frypan over high heat. Add the capsicum, chicken and prawns and stir fry until beginning to colour. Add the snow peas, garlic, ginger and half the spring onions and continue to stir fry until fragrant.
  2. Add the rice and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes, until the rice is warmed through. Stir through the soy sauce & vinegar.
  3. Garnish with the remaining spring onion and a drizzle of sriracha!
