  • 1 large pre-made pizza base (*or you can make your own, with the recipe below!)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chilli flakes
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • Tegel Free Range Meal Maker Shredded Flame Grill Style Chicken 100G
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 spring onions or chives, thinly sliced

Tip: If you’re making your own pizza dough, you can also divide the dough to make 2 mini pizzas! Just reduce the baking time by 5-10 minutes.

Serve with: Crumbled blue cheese & a side of ranch dressing for dipping your crusts!

To make your own pizza dough:

  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoon dried yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 cups high grade flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C fan-bake.
  2. Place the pizza sauce in a bowl and mix in the buffalo sauce, garlic powder and chilli flakes. Spread evenly on the pizza.
  3. Top with the flame grilled chicken, sliced onion and grated mozzarella cheese. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
  4. Sprinkle over the spring onions and drizzle over the ranch dressing. Leave to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.

To make your own pizza dough:

  1. Combine the yeast, sugar and warm water in a small bowl and mix well. Leave for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix the flour and salt together into a large mixing bowl and make a small well in the centre. Pour the yeast mixture and olive oil into the flour and, using your hands, form it into a rough dough. Knead for around 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. (If using a stand mixer, add the flour and salt into the mixing bowl and pour in the yeast mixture, then knead with the dough hook attachment on medium speed for around 4 minutes until smooth and elastic.)
  3. Place the dough in a large, lightly oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave to rest in a warm place for around 30 minutes, or until the dough has doubled in size.
  4. Tip the dough out onto a floured surface and roll out into a large pizza size (around 30cm). Prick the dough with a fork before adding your pizza sauce and toppings.
  5. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
